Each Bucket (PTO, Sick, Floating Holiday…) tracks its own hours. The cards up top show your current balance and a Projected figure — your balance carried forward through the date shown on the card (its Projection Horizon): current balance + upcoming Accruals/Grants and any future Ledger activity, minus already-logged future Time-Off Entries, with the Carryover Cap applied at each Jan 1. The date is why the number is trustworthy: it always says through when.
Calendar logs time off day-by-day (or a multi-day range). Timeline charts each Bucket's balance over time — hover, tap, or use the arrow keys to read any Bucket's balance on any date. Days Off lists every Time-Off Entry and Observed Holiday in one place; delete an entry or quick-add one without leaving the list.
Export a .ics calendar or a CSV ledger any time. Balances are planning estimates — payroll stays authoritative.
